Dear Family & Friends
Today, many of us were excited to see our brothers and sisters at CC Tinca, a gypsy village church an hour away from Oradea. As we were driving up to the church, situtated amongst many village homes, Pastor Cornell stopped to share with us his vision of the Youth Church they are working on. We prayed for the future generations of gypsy believers that will come to the saving knowledge of Christ through the ministry that will happen through this building.
We were greeted by believers at the door, and loved on by the children at the church. Pastor Mike, Topher, & Pastor Cornell did a wonderful 3-part teaching that was beautifully woven together by the Holy Spirit. I was especially touched by the mournful spirit amongst our gypsy families. Looking on, their tears, heartfelt mourning, groanings was a result of responding to the Holy Spirit through the drama, testimonies, and teaching. The Repairer of the Bridge is definitely working in all of us this morning.
In the afternoon, we were divided into 9 groups, visiting 8 foster families that have adopted children from the hospitals, orphanges and neglected homes in Oradea. Many of adopted children are gypsy children. One group went to Sabolcic to minister to the church there soon after.
Many of us have the same story to share at the end of our visits. These children have found the gift of life through their foster homes. Some of them are legally adopted, and blossomed in the nurturing hands of Christian Families. Some of the younger toddlers are still fighting the trauma they lived at the hospital or orphanages. The older teens who are adopted for more than 10 years, are now able to share their faith with other orphans, and children at the hospital, loving and serving God with all that they are endowed with because of Christ. Can't wait to see how these redeemed young men and women of gypsy lineage will affect Romania for Christ in the next 10 to 20 years.
Pray with us and for us, that we will surrender to the mighty hands of God and his direction everyday.
Pray for our construction project, hospital visits, park outreaches and VBS throughout the coming week. We need the same breath of Life that created us to breathe upon all the works of our hands. Now may Jesus be glorified in all that we think or do.
Love & Blessings, christabel

Thanks so much for the blog, this is soooo 21 century as we are able to see the work of missionaries as it happens and hear your prayer requests for the next day. I have many key prayer warriors at church praying for you all. They now know your prayer requests daily. May God bless you all.
Hi Christabel

Hi Bob & Judy
It was definitely a God sent team to Romania. In fact, very humbling but need to say that He works best with weak vessels.
Thank you for your encouragement. Jordan is doing real well in our team, I think he has found his niche. Don't be surprised if he wants to come back and intern at a gypsy village.
Blessings, Bel
Hi Sally
Sarah is a budding evangelist in the making, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Thank you for praying for us. Bel
Hi Elena
Raquel is doing well, in fact, she shared every night at our debrief what God is showing her for that day.
You will be blessed if you are here. Bel
Christobel,
From the moment Rebecca told me that she wanted to go on this trip and to apply her Christmas $$ towards it, it so touched my heart and I was at complete peace. I am so grateful for yourself, Pastor Mike, Topher and any of the other leaders who are there allowing our kids to participate in God's work for the Romanians and Gypsies. I have been checking the blog very often, I am so excited hearing about what God is doing through you and our kids, and have been praying often. Truly our kids are the "Fruit of the Womb" and I am proud that my daughter can be part of such a wonderful group of people who are led by the Holy Spirit. Please tell Becca I love her and her dog Duchie does as well.
God Bless You All!
